These terms cover this website, digitalskillsco.com. The work itself is covered by a separate written agreement signed before anything starts. Where the two disagree, the signed agreement wins.

What the prices on this site mean

The three prices shown — $650 to buy a site outright, $150 a month for Hosting & Care, $400 a month for the Growth Retainer — are our current published prices for the packages as described. They are what we charge unless you and Connor agree something different on a call, in which case the agreed figure is the one that goes in your contract and on your invoice.

A price on this page is not a binding offer and does not create a contract. Nothing is owed by either side until there is a signed agreement. Prices can change; a change never applies to work already agreed.

Every package requires payment to clear before the build starts.

The questionnaire

Filling in the intake questionnaire costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and buys nothing. It is how we learn enough about your business to have a useful conversation. Sending it does not put you under contract and does not hold a place in a queue.

Everything you send should be yours to send. Do not upload a logo, photograph or document that belongs to somebody else without their permission. By sending us material you confirm you have the right to give it to us and to let us use it in building your site.

The change-request form

That form is for clients on Hosting & Care or the Growth Retainer, whose plans include small edits. If you bought a site outright, there is no included support to route a request into; ask Connor for a quote instead. Submitting the form logs a request — it does not by itself approve any work, and anything beyond a small edit is quoted before it is started.

What this site promises, and what it does not

We keep this site accurate and current. We do not promise it will never be down, never have a mistake in it, or be right for your particular situation.

Nothing here is a guarantee of a result. Nobody can promise a Google ranking, a number of phone calls, or a revenue figure, and anybody who does is selling you something. What we sell is the work, done properly.

The content of this site

The text, design, code and images on digitalskillsco.com belong to Connor Lee. Read it, quote it, link to it. Do not copy the site wholesale and run it as your own.

Client work shown here, if any is ever shown, appears only with that client’s written permission.

Links to other sites

We link to Facebook and to other companies’ sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what is on them.

Liability

To the fullest extent Nevada law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website — lost profit, lost business, lost data. This paragraph is about the website. Liability for the paid work is dealt with in the signed agreement for that work.

Which law applies

Nevada law, with the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to these terms

If they change, the date at the top changes. Using the site after that means the current version applies.
