Digital Skills Co.

Websites for Las Vegas service businesses

A real site, live in one to two weeks, at a price you can see before you call.

If you run a trade or a service business around the valley — roofing, gates, HVAC, landscaping, cleaning, pest control, auto, anything where the phone ringing is the whole point — this is built for you. Fast pages, your actual photos, your phone number where a thumb can reach it, and the structured data that lets Google and the AI assistants describe your business correctly instead of guessing.

What you will not get: a page-builder template with your logo dropped in, stock photos of somebody else's crew, or a quote that changes after the call.

The three ways to buy

Every price. There is no fourth option and no setup fee.
Package Price What it is
Buy outright $650 once A finished site and the files, yours to keep. You host it; we hand you a plain-English guide for doing that. Nothing after handoff is included — later work is a fresh quote.
Hosting & Care $650 build,
then $150/month
We host it, keep it online, and handle small edits — text, photos, hours, prices, bug fixes — through one request form. Month to month, no minimum term. No SEO work.
Growth Retainer $650 build,
then $400/month
Everything in Hosting & Care, plus ongoing SEO, your Google Business Profile and Apple Business Connect, AI-search visibility, daily review monitoring with replies drafted for you, and a monthly report written in English.

Payment clears before the build starts, on every package. That is the only condition.

Rather talk first? Call or text (702) 680-3101, email the.connormlee@gmail.com, or message the Digital Skills Co. Facebook page and we will set up a time. Filling in the form below first makes that call twice as useful, but it is not required.

Questions people actually ask

How long does it take?

One to two weeks from the day the photos, logo and text are in hand. What usually holds a build up is material we are waiting on, not the building.

Do I own it?

Buy it outright and you own the site and the files once it is paid in full. On a monthly plan we own and host the site while you are on the plan — that is written in the contract before anyone signs, not buried. A domain you already own stays yours either way, always.

What if I stop paying the monthly?

The site switches to a neutral holding page. It is never deleted. Pay what is owed and it is back within minutes. Hosting & Care has no minimum term, ever.

Do you work outside Las Vegas?

Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and the rest of the valley are the focus. Somewhere else in Nevada, call and ask.

Tell us about the business

This is the intake questionnaire. It takes about ten minutes and most of it is optional — the starred fields are the ones we genuinely cannot start without. Answer in your own words; there are no trick questions and nothing here commits you to anything. Connor reads every one himself and calls you back.

1. You and the business
Your confirmation goes here, and it is what Connor replies to.
Plenty of service businesses do not publish one. If that is you, write “none.”
Facebook, Instagram, anywhere else you post. Full links if you have them.
2. The business, in your words
This is the one answer nobody can look up. It is what makes the finished site read like a real business instead of a template.
Your words, not the category. “Deck building, deck repair, fence installation” beats “contractor.”
Often not the same answer. The site should push the one you want.
The second half is the useful half. It changes the form, the buttons, and whether prices go on the site at all.
Name them, including the ones you would rather not drive to. One storefront and no travel? “Just here” is a real answer.
3. Why you and not the other guy
“Quality work and honest pricing” is what all three of them say. One concrete thing you do that they do not is worth more than a paragraph.
Years in business, jobs done, license number, insurance, warranty, anything you have won. Most owners undersell these badly.
4. What the site has to make happen
When this works, what happens?
A site that doubles your calls is worth nothing if half of them ring out. Worth being blunt here.
Do you need to take payments on the website itself? Card payments, deposits, invoices paid online. This one changes the build, so we ask it straight rather than guessing.
Anything else the site has to do?
Do you want prices on the site?
Specials, staff, finished jobs, seasonal hours.
5. Photos and branding

Photographs decide how the finished site looks more than any design choice does. Real photos of your real crew read as a real business; stock photos read as a template, no matter how good the layout is.

Do you take photos of your work?
Faces and branded vehicles are the two things that cannot be faked. Before-and-afters too, if you have them.
Do you already have a logo?
Truck wrap, uniforms, signage, business cards, the old site. Just describe them — nobody is asking you for a hex code.
Flyers, van wrap, menu, shopfront. Describe them or attach them below.
The original file if you have it. A screenshot or a photo of it is better than nothing.
One file here, one above, and the two together have to come in under 10 MB — roughly three or four phone photos.

Have more photos than that will fit? Reply to the confirmation email with them, or text them to (702) 680-3101. Send everything — we would rather sort through two hundred than build around six.

6. Domain, timing and package
If you have a domain already, who actually owns and controls it? This causes more trouble than anything else on the list, so we ask it early. A straight “no idea” is fine and common.
Do you already have a Google Business Profile?
An opening, an event, a busy season. “Open-ended” is a fine answer.
If you later move onto ongoing hosting with us, what should happen to the tools your site already uses? Your contact-form service, booking tool, and so on. Moving them is real work with a real cost, so this is a preference we record now, not a decision you are making today.
Which package sounds closest? Not binding. It just tells us what to talk about on the call.
7. Look and feel
Which of these two is closer to what you want?
In a few words, how should the site feel to someone landing on it?
Anyone’s, in any trade. Names or links, and what you like about them. We never copy a site — we read what you liked about it.
This half is worth as much as the other one and almost nobody volunteers it.
Upscale or budget-friendly, family or adults, local and personal or big and established.

You will get a confirmation email straight away. Nothing here is shared with anyone else — see the privacy policy.
