Everything goes through this one form so nothing gets lost in a text thread. You get an automatic “received” email the moment it lands. Connor reads it himself and comes back to you with what is happening and when — that part is a person, not an autoresponder.

Text, photos, hours, prices, a bug, a bit of styling: send it. Anything bigger than a small edit gets quoted before a minute is spent on it, and you will hear the number from Connor before anyone starts.
